Last night’s party celebrated the Ohne Titel & EASTON+COMBS installation for BOFFO Building Fashion 2011. Guests gathered at an industrial loft space in TriBeCa to enjoy a St. Germain cocktail-fueled opening reception.

BOFFO Building Fashion 2011 honors exceptional architecture and fashion with a sequence of collaborative retail installations. Ohne Titel, designed by Flora Gill and Alexa Adams, combines engineering with draping -- geometry with intuition. Eye-catching pieces from their F/W 2012 collection were hung from structures created by internationally-acclaimed architectural office, EASTON+COMBS.

Guests enjoyed music by Florian Sailer and a performance by TheBlackSoft as they mingled their way through this artistic wonderland at 57 Walker Street.

A branded Winnebago parked in front of Highline Stages welcomed guests into last night’s after-hour celebration for Lands’ End Canvas. Maintaining the motto of “Authentic Inspiration – Modern Interpretation,” the brand’s party launched Spring 2012 with artwork from the School of Visual Arts and a concert by The Wandas. As cocktails were being served throughout a terrain of styled mannequin sets and quirky lifestyle scenes, fierce ping-pong competitions were occurring just left of the photo-booth step-and-repeat.

Attracting the right combination of impulsive prepster and nonchalant urbanite, this Wednesday evening event created just the right buzz.

Last night's party involved scented undergarments, vodka lemonade, and Alan Cumming.

Held in Liberty Hall of The Ace Hotel, his provocative "anti-celebrity" launch party drew us in with a lively crowd of industry insiders.

Gone are the days of being accosted by aggressive perfume ladies with scented paper strips. Thursday’s event provided a table of fragrance-soaked briefs by Nasty Pig. Naturally, guests were encouraged to take a whiff.

Balancing a glass of organic vodka in one hand and twirling a tiny, scented pair of men's briefs in the other? Forget what you learned in Consumer Behavior 101, kids -- because that's what we call 'marketing'.
